The logistics company was the victim of a significant ransomware attack in 2022. To improve their cybersecurity posture, the company’s course of action was to undergo a multi-year journey to design, deploy, and operationalize a Zero Trust architecture.

AHEAD worked with the company to identify significant gaps in their governance and cybersecurity program. The organization needed to make significant investments in technology areas in order to achieve their desired Zero Trust posture.

The company is currently executing on the jointly created Zero Trust roadmap and is beginning with overhauling governance processes as well as addressing legacy network constructs. These actions will set the foundation for years 2-5 in their multi-year execution plan.
