Meet Praveen Grover

VP & MANAGING DIRECTOR OF AHEAD INDIA

Praveen is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and bestshoring; he is adept at leading global organizations and creating and developing high-performing teams.
Achievements

Built the India operations for TriCore Solutions (a leading provider of enterprise applications management) from the ground up – to 400 employees.

Managed the acquisition of TriCore Solutions into Rackspace Technology and established the India Shared  Services Center for Rackspace Technology.

Expanded Rackspace’s India shared services center to more  than 2,500 employees while maintaining a positive operational impact – the largest and most successful workforce strategy transformation program in Rackspace Technology’s history.

Established a Great Place to Work company culture boasting best in the industry employee retention and engagement.

Started out as top salesperson at an international IT solutions provider selling IT professional services along Route 128 in Massachusetts.
